Giving Thanks

20161001_170404I wanted to get out a quick post on some things I am thankful for, so here it goes!

It has been a great day so far and will continue that way when I get home to see family. It was a great morning of training for a husband and wife (at separate times) and my young baseball players going into their senior season of high school ball. A lot of work was accomplished! I am very thankful I get to work with those people (as well as all my other clients and gym members) each week.

I am very thankful that I am able to work a job I love and am passionate about. It has been a great journey so far, and have met so many great people along the way.

I am thankful for my health, movement, and strength.

I am thankful for all of my friends, even if I haven’t seen some in awhile.

I am thankful I have the power to choose to be happy, and well, thankful. We all have control over our happiness and how we react to the hand we are dealt. Become aware of this and you can start living a more appreciative, positive, and thankful life.

I am thankful for all of my family, close and distant. I love you guys.

I am thankful for my beautiful wife and our two amazing boys. Life is great.

Take some time to reflect on your life and find the things you are thankful for. Smile at those things. Put yourself in a position to be around or do the things that make you happy. At the same time, become aware of the things that have the opposite effect on you. Work to remove those things from your day and replace them with the things that make you happy, that make you, the best YOU.

Have a fantastic Thanksgiving and enjoy your day/weekend!

Be Confident. Be Strong. Be Thankful.

I understand jumping straight into training is a big step.  If you want to take a small step, let's start with a chat.  Everyone always has a few questions before starting, let's get those out of the way!
