It is time to take inventory. It is the end of the year 2016 and it is time to take a step back and evaluate where you are at in your life.

Did you reach the goals you set for yourself this year?  

Where are you at health wise? 

Where are you at with your fitness levels?  

How is your home life?

How is your job going?  

Are you moving every day?

What do you want to accomplish next year?

Are you happy?


These are just a few questions to start with. Take stock in what you accomplished and take note on what you might be missing. What areas of your life can you improve upon?

Maybe you start with your health. When is the last time you have seen your doctor? Dentist? Eye doctor?

Write these questions out, answer them, and then come up with a plan.

Find out what worked for you and continue to do that into the next year.

Find out what improvements you can make and take action on those items.  

What did not work for you? What got in your way? Remove those things from your day. Change what happens to you. You have control.  


Answer these questions and take action.
