Upper Back Extension

Here is a simple movement prep drill to help improve everything from squatting to pressing.

Be sure not to extend/arch your lower back during this drill. Keep the midsection and ribs locked in place so that the extension comes from the upper back, which is the end goal of this drill.

It does the body good!
